Mark Kirk will be voting no on Cap and Trade in Reconciliation

September 23, 2009

Marathon Pundit is reporting that Mark Kirk will be voting no on the Cap and Trade Bill if it comes back from the Senate for reconciliation.

Patriot Room’s Clyde Middleton asked if the reconciled bill could fail to be approved the House. McCarthy replied, “There’s a very good chance of that. Mark Kirk, who was one of eight (Republicans) who voted for it…he now says if the bill comes back to the floor, he’s not going to vote for it.”

Keep up the pressure folks. Cap and tax is a tax on everyone who uses electricity. Pressure Melissa Bean as well, this bill is bad for businesses and will increase everyone energy bills.
