Libertyville Review Article about our Tea Party

The Libertyville Review has an article about our upcoming Tea Party:

Lennie Jarratt, chairman of the Lake County Tea Party, said the organization has organized smaller protest rallies outside of the offices of U.S. Rep. Melissa Bean and U.S. Rep. Mark Kirk in the past year, but this will be the organization’s first large event.

“We just wanted to hold a larger event to educate people more about the high taxation in Lake County and the budget and spending issues facing the country and state,” said Jarratt.

“I believe in the Tea Party movement by and large,” he said. “It brings awareness to people with regards to the dangers of government over spending, a well as other issues that are
important to the country at this time.”
